Spiritual Rebirth

<<being born again>>

“He saved us through the washing of rebirth and the renewal of the Holy Spirit” (Tit 3:5).

We were dead in trespasses and sin but [are] now made alive in Christ, being born again in our spirits (Jn 3:3-7; Eph 2:1; Col 2:13; 1 Pet 1:23). Spiritual rebirth leading to becoming a child of God is in contrast to the New Age concept of rebirthing which seeks to relive one’s birth in order to get rid of childhood traumas etc.
