Reincarnation
Some eastern religions such as Buddhism and Hinduism teach that a soul is reborn in a new body after death in a previous life. The new life form can be either lower or higher depending upon the response to ‘keeping the rules’ in the previous existence.
This is contrary to the Bible’s teaching of, “we live once then face the judgement” (Heb 9:27). The decision to repent and follow Christ or reject His offer of salvation, determines whether we will spend eternity in either heaven or hell.
