Bartholomew

<<one of the 12 disciples>>

Also called Nathanael, he was one of the 12 disciples. He was known for his straightforward honest approach such as his initial rejection of Jesus because He was from Nazareth (Jn 1:45-51). Because Jesus operated in the word of knowledge he was convinced He was the Messiah and followed Him.
